Being a part of EUROGLAS means working in a growing, highly innovative working environment that never stands still. YOUR APPLICATION

Please email your application to personal@euroglas.de, a cover letter is not a must. It is much more important to us that we understand and find out more about your professional and personal situation. In this first step, please also let us know what terms and conditions of employment you have in mind – working hours, salary, etc.

Once we have received your application, we will send you a confirmation email. We will then review your application and contact you within a few days to discuss next steps.

Getting to know each other

Interviews at EUROGLAS take place either by telephone, in person or video call. We usually arrange a telephone appointment for the first interview. The following appointments will take place at our office, where you will also have the chance to meet colleagues, supervisors and see your new working environment.
2-3 weeks after you submitted your application

FEEDBACK FOR YOU

After every step, we will let you know as soon as possible what the next step will be for you. It is important to us that all applicants get the chance to meet us in person.

4 weeks after you submitted your application

Your employment offer

As soon as we are convinced that you are a good fit for our team, we will not hesitate to offer you a contract. All details regarding your employment at EUROGLAS will of course be discussed with you.

Your new career with us starts now. To make sure you have the best possible start, there is a WELCOME DAY for you at EUROGLAS! You will receive your work equipment and get to know all the tools you need for your new job.

ONBOARDING

The induction at EUROGLAS is based on a rough concept that is dynamically adapted depending on the department. In the first four weeks you will get to know EUROGLAS and the market in which we work. You will also get in touch with our products and processes very quickly, so that you can participate in our daily project tasks from the very beginning – of course always actively supported by our team.
